Association preference? Church devils? or Regular Devils?
It is very sad to say but some churches are full of what can very justifiably be described as Church Devils. You know, people who claim to be Christians but whose behavior is identical to worldly people who behave like devils. Now, if life presents us with a choice where we either associate with one or the other group-which one would you choose? Church devils or world devils?
On the one hand, you have people who claim holiness and a special relationship with God. Being righteous and doing good is always on their hypocritical lips while they encourage others to be holy like them. On the other side are people who do not make a claim of being holy. They are devils and admit that they are devils and are proud of being devils.
Now, if you had no choice but to associate with one group of such devils or the other-which group would you choose, the religious devils or the worldly or atheistic ones?
I personally would rather associate with the wordily devils since they are at least sincere and are not striving to pull the wool over my eyes. This way I know that devilish behavior is forthcoming and will not be severely disappointed when it does. On the other hand the religious devils might just happen to lull m,e t sleep with their righteous pontificating and I will occasionally pay the price fr being gullible and guiding some religious devil the benefit of the doubt.
Which group would you rather associate with and why? Hmmmmm?
In fact, my decision has biblical support. Does yours?
Psalm 26:4
I do not sit with deceitful men, Nor will I go with pretenders.
Psalm 28:3
Do not drag me away with the wicked And with those who work iniquity, Who speak peace with their neighbors, While evil is in their heart
