Better Safer Way to Reject a Patients
As in all things involving human interactions, there is both a decent way and an indecent way to go about things when a physician does not feel comfortably in treating a certain patient regardless of the reason for the physician's feeling that way.
The Wrong way
One is to try to make the patient feel abused via racist insults, and a generally disrespectful attitude, such as having him wait almost an hour, or blatantly prescribing harmful medicine, or getting the staff to treat the patient rudely so that the patient feels neglected, despised, discriminated against, and is subsequently forced to leave the medical facility or doctor's office and seek another.
Better Less Dangerous Way
Canceling any appointments and making himself unavailable
Calmly recommend the patient seek some other physician.
Have the staff set the patient up with another doctor.
This will significantly reduce the possibility of provoking some angered patient who suffers from a lack of the impulse-control, and who might decide to physically assault the doctor after the doctor sarcastically deploys some direct or indirect racist insult via a thinly-disguised innuendos.
