2001: A Space Odyssey: Propaganda?
Yes, the video that I posted below does tell us that, from a purely human standpoint, the primary motive of creating this Sci Fi film was the propaganda of encouraging the human exploration of space. Indeed, the film does provide a very encouraging vision of the future where mankind had successfully established itself on the moon, and had successfully establishment an elaborate space station much superior to the relatively crude ones that have since been deployed. It also portrayed a spaceship capable of interplanetary travel, hibernation capabilities to aid in that exploration, and the development of an AI, or artificial intelligence, to help mankind to attain its space exploratory goals.
However, there is a far more insidious propaganda than this involved. It's a propaganda that has absolutely nothing to do with encouraging mankind to explore space. It's a propaganda which is very cunningly and very casually introduced as if to convey the notion, that disagreement with it, would be expected only from those who are unscientific morons.
What propaganda? Well, very simple, the atheistic propaganda which conveys the notion that mankind evolved from lower animals and that the Earth itself, with all its wonderful and intricate life-sustaining capabilities, is merely the design of an extraterrestrial intelligent race, and that by extension, those who choose to the Biblical account of an Almighty God having created the Earth and mankind, should be considered uneducated idiots. That pernicious and cunningly devilishly designed propaganda that this seemingly harmless film advances.
How? Well, at the start, we are introduced to creatures strongly resembling apes, covered in fur, knuckle walking, bereft of verbal language, and totally incapable of reasoning abilities. Then we have these supposed pre humans suddenly coming into contact with an enigmatic erect, black rectangular monolith which emits a series of ascending and descending operatic voices, and which endows them with the ability to think, and supposedly launches them on an evolutionary journey towards full humanity once they reach out and touch it.
Now, this is very nicely dovetailed by an ape discovering how a bone can be employed as a weapon, and its hurling it into the air and it being superimposed on the space station in orbit.
In short, the message is very clear. There is no God. The Bible? Well, it should be considered mere myth! You? The believer? Well, you are stupid to believe that it is describing historical fact. By extension, of course, Jesus, whom we are told is the Son of God and our Savior, also descended from these animals via Mary. So there is absolutely no basis to believe him the Son of God and in his message of salvation. That propaganda.
No, it isn't necessary for those who are disseminating such Satanic propaganda to be aware that they are in the Devil's service. All that is really necessary is that the biblical account of creation be depicted as merely drivel and that those who accept it as fact, be perceived undereducated fools. From a Satanic point of view, that is far more than enough to have the intended effect.
