K2-18 b: a super Earth exoplanet
K2-18 b is a super Earth exoplanet that orbits an M-type star. Its mass is 8.92 Earths, it takes 32.9 days to complete one orbit of its star, and is 0.1429 AU from its star. Its discovery was announced in 2015.
Now, with the deployment of the James Web Telescope, they strongly suspect that this world might actually be a water-world. I was intending to include a video but atheists can't seem refrain from introducing their idiotic abiogenesis atheistic propaganda which suggests that DNA programs itself which is an idiocy since no code of that complexity, with molecular machines to read and execute instructions and even to correct mistakes, can emerge by itself. It demands a mind.
But even if it does harbor life because the Creator chose to place life on it, look at its distance! It is approx. 124 Light years from Earth! That means that light travelling at 186,000 per second day and night, takes 124 years to reach us.
Can you imagine the distances involved in constantly travelling at that speed for 124 years? It's mind-boggling and totally beyond meager human imagination. So reaching that location with our present modes of propulsion within a practical amount of time, is totally out of the question and we must be satisfied with viewing it from a distance.
