Criticism is not always racism or Internalized Racism
Internalized racism is a racism wherein the person adopts the racist attitudes of a dominant culture against his own race or ethnic group. Yes, such a psychological condition does exist.

But are all criticisms or negative opinions of a member of a race towards his own race always due to this social phenomenon? Or are there cases where the person is simply pointing out a behavior or a pattern of behavior that is simply considered universally wrong?
For example, in Spain, the Gypsies are not viewed as trustworthy because of a reputation for theft that they have accumulated through the centuries since having arrived there. Is it indeed wrong for any gypsy to criticize and not trust members of his own group based on that reputation? Is he as a Gypsy under obligation to condone such behavior, admire it, and consider any objection to it as being a traitor to his group? Of course not! Such a gypsy is simply reacting to a behavior that is universally considered wrong-theft.
Were abolitionist whites who were against the slave trade, traitors to their own race because they were against the injustices of slavery? Or were they instead being loyal to justice and embracing the noble characteristics of compassion that all Christians are under obligation to manifest? Obviously they were being loyal to upholding justice and race had absolutely nothing to do with their choice.
So the answer to the question is no, criticizing a wrong behavior from people that are of our same race or nationality, or ethnic group, or religion, does not invariably constitute being a traitor nor is it always caused by the internalization of the racism of any other group. In short, evil is evil regardless of who does it and its criticism is totally justified.
