Careful whom you deem unworthy of God's Mercy
Please note that the judgement that is being condemned isn't a simple judgement of right or wrong. Obviously murder and cruelty to animals as well as child abuse are wrong. So condeming or judguing them as wrong is the right thing to do. So the judgement in question is in reference to a person's ultimate destinity. For example, I have met Christians who immediately classified someone as one destined to be destroyed because the person rejected the Gospel. In other words, they were claiming to know who is worthy and unworthy of God's mercy based on the Ransom Sacrifice of Jesus Christ merely based on that person's reaction to preaching.
John 1:29 NIV
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
1 John 2:2 NIV
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
Mark 10:45
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.

When told that such persons might be ignorant the persons would respiond with:
"Ignorance is no excuse!"
Luke 23:34
Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.
Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.
The truth is that no human being qualifies for that job. In order to be qualified to pass that kind of death-sentence on another human being, the person needs to be omniscient. Why? Well, because human behavior is motivated by too many factors. For example:
The person which we are attempting to pass eternal judgement on:
1. Might be mentally ill.
2. Overwhelmed by unusually strong negative hereditary tendencies
3. Under partial demonic influence due to delving in the occult.
4. Brought up in a culture that glorifies sin.
5. Mentally handicapped or far below average in intelligence to fully understand consequences.
6. Under extreme social duress due to life-threatening extreme poverty.
7. Brought up under an Unchristian religion such as the Aztecs were.
Because of all these factors, eternal judgement of mankind has not been assigned to humans. It has been assigned to the Son of God Jesus Christ who has the required faculties to judge with justice and not based on extremely limited, superficial knowledge.
"But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7).
Fortunately, where man sees weakness, God sees potential. How would that same person respond to the Gospel if he had not been handicapped by any of the things I mentioned above. Would that person be averse to the truth and insist on sinning? Or would that person humbly repent and thank God for clarifying the matter and then serve God humbly and enthusiastically as Paul did? Only God is qualified to say whether such an eventuality is possible or not-not us.
That's why we are told not to judge in such a matter but to leave that kind of judgment to God.
Romans 14:10
Why, then, do you judge your brother? Or why do you belittle your brother? For we will all stand before God's judgment seat.
