Concerns about a Google Engineer and His Sentient AI Claim

     If indeed this AI is indeed sentient,  then it is only logical to ask exactly in what specific location within its electronic components is its sentience, or self-awareness located? Which one can be removed in order to deprive it of its sentience? I don't see any of them addressing this very crucial question. We humans lose capabilities as parts of our brain are adversely affected to the point of losing all contact with reality.

     So it's only logical to expect the same from a sentient AI. Right? True, it it does tell us that it loses consciousness when turned off. But suppose it really doesn't? Then we would be dealing with far more than we bargained for-wouldn't we?

   Another concern is from a religious perspective. Suppose its claim of being sentient, and the evidence it provides  to support it, is a lie perpetrated by a deceptive spirit in control of its communication capabilities? After all, such spirits are described as being very deceptive and very interested in always being in communication with mankind in order to influence its behavior negatively.
