Ten Health Benefits of Carrots

     Please note that even before I knew the full benefit of carrots I enjoyed munching on them raw. I love the taste and the texture and find the crunching activity very calming.  But when I became aware of the powerhouse effect that they can have on our health, such as the reinforcement of our immune system and benefit to our eyesight, I made a special effort to consume them as frequently as possible.

     I also have found that they also help me to feel satiated and in that way avoid eating those sugary extra calories that add unnecessary pounds and inches to the waistline. I also don't have to our appearance worry about what's going on in my veins after I  finish eating them as I with  pizza, sausages, or some other delicious but dangerous fatty foods.  The video below enumerates the ten health benefits that carrots provide.
