A Philosophy Historical Documentary
Of all the subjects I studied in college the ones that most impressed me due to their utility were those under the category of philosophy. In fact, they impressed me so much that I sincerely believe that they should be taught at a rudimentary level to all students starting with grade school.
This way those who graduate from High School will be cogently reasoning adults capable of properly distinguishing right from wrong, impervious to being hoodwinked by cunning political slogans, and having a solid and clear moral foundation upon which to base their behavior.
Logic and Ethics are the two main ones that prepare people to think properly That alone should make them essential and our educational system should incorporate them in its curriculum. Why those who are in charge of basic education don't see the necessity of doing this is really beyond me.
