Things I found Unbelievable in King Kong Movie
The fight with several Rexs
I don't think that hungry Tyranosaures would constantly ignore the gorilla and go for the tiny morsel of food in his paw. After all, compare the amount of meat difference? That gorilla could feed them for weeks. Animals know the difference between what is worth fighting over and what is not and are very careful of not expending valuable energy over something that isn't wiorth their time. This applies even a to shark swho aren't known for their brains.
Also, how on earth is a single giant gorilla, who looks smaller than each Rex, going to fight off several Rexes at one time? They would rake him with their foot claws and open up deep wounds.
Then there is the obvious issue of his getting bitten on his arm and his foot but not getting seriously hurt. A croc applies approx 3000 pounds per square in of pressure when it bites. Imagine the pressure exerted by a Rex! His arm would have been severely lacerated or broken and his foot would have been horribly maimed. Instead, he is shown almost completely unmarked except for some reddish tinges.

Final Scene
I don't find the final scene believable for two reasons. First, gorillas are not arboreal apes . They prefer to stay on the ground and avoid heights since they fear falling off. That's because they are not as agile as Urangutans nor Chimps and know their limitations.
So Kong seeking lofty places where he hardly has room to move and displaying acrobatic abilities is very unconvincing. He also is shown very confidently and calmly climbing the Empire State building and letting go completely with both paws during the climb. Yet gravity doesn't pull him off? But how else is he going to climb with the lady in one paw without letting go? So what the heck! Cancel out gravity! Who's going to notice anyway?
Second, there is the unprofessional exaggerated reaction to Kong's rampage in the city. Machine guns, cannons, airplanes are hysterically deployed when all they needed to do was tranquilize the beast as those who had recently captured it had done. Instead, they choose to destroy a one-of-a-kind animal? Nahhh! Not convincing at all.
