Fair Use II
An additional clarification
I am editing the writing boards so that only linking is visible here and NOT YW member's reviews or their works. In short, nothing except my own intellectual property is being copied and pasted here unless I have the author's permission.
I am doing is either of these two follwing things:
1. Providing my opinion on a short story or poem etc and then providing a link so that the reader can see what I am referring to.
2. Posting my own composition that is located on their website, and providing the link back to that site so the reader can see the reviews.
I had been posting the actual reviews along with my work, but you say that such reviews are intellectual property and that the permission of the reviewer must be obtained first. So in order to respectfully abide by that demand, I am limiting myself to the two methods outlined above. Such linking does not violate Proboard rules. However, you still vehemently claim that the posting of the links remains an unauthorized publishing of the your members' intellectual material via the linking .
I personally don't consider it that way. If a writing worshop website wants that much privacy for your members, then it should make access to their material limited to members only, and not have the material visible to everyone on the Internet. In fact, having it accessible to everyone automatically offers a link. So what is the difference?

Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
