So I’m back from a very intense, but fruitful T session. I’m starting male-female relationship therapy as well as ergo therapy. As I think incorporating physical relaxation exercises could help me a lot more than anything else to love myself more. I already am over my suicidal depression, but have a long way to go still for my communication and socializing skills. Starting next week or the one after, I’ll have 2 Ts : my usual one and an ergo therapist.

My session has gone extremely well with my interpersonal communication course and exposure therapy. I’m not scared to interact with others anymore.

I've stopped therapy altogether but still my psychiatrist once in awhile for my drug prescriptions. I'm definitely over : did, ptsd, depression, stress and anxiety, panic attacks, social phobia, insomnia, psychosis and paranoia.
