The Reason I sometimes Lose my Balance
I went to the local store yesterday to buy some food, I temporarily lost my balance, and this Anglo American young man called me stupid. Well, please note that the reason people sometimes might lose their balance has nothing to do with a lack of intellectual ability.
Instead, it can be induced by vertigo due to a sudden drop in blood pressure, or else it can be related to the balance mechanism located in the inner-ear, which consists of millions of cilia, or little microscopic hair-like projections affected by inner ear fluid. Their motion sends electrical signals to the brain which in turn provides a sense of balance. In time, certain debris might in the fluid accumulate and interfere with their proper functioning,.
You see, it just so happens that mine need to be readjusted. At one point, I was unable to rise from bed because the room seemed to be spinning.
Fortunately, the procedure is very simple. It involves adjusting position of the patient's head at different angles, so that the inner ear debris drifts, and is finally relocated, readjusting the balancing-mechanism in the inner-ear.
There are two reasons why a person might make such a rude statement.
The first provides the insulting person with the opportunity to beat up someone he considers easy, and lets him feel that he has done his patriotic duty by doing MAGA.
It is dumb because it ignores the possibility that the targeted person might be armed, and that it might land him in the ER or the morgue
The second reason is a reflection of the low quality of USA basic education.
You see, human anatomy should be a basic requirement for all humans to be familiar with. If indeed USA elementary school taught basic anatomy in the USA, then this type of imbecilic accusations would not happen. But since all they do in school is argue and fight in order to record and snicker, such moronic conclusions can be expected to become more frequent.

Reason for the Stupid Comment
1. Looking for a fight in order to do MAGA
2. Actually believing that stupidity is the cause
