Why Certain People Fear MAGA Ideology
At first glance, the MAGA ideology seems noble. Make America Great Again! After all, what true patriotic American either naturalized or otherwise would not want his country of residence restored to greatness?
Taken at face value, it seems to make plenty of sense since everyone will benefit economically, as its main proponent-Trump, keeps reminding his constituents. So from that particular perspective, it would seem illogical for any American to oppose such an effort, and would seem to identify any opposer of it as an enemy of democracy.
However, and as the saying goes, there is much more to this than at first meets the eye. So much more, in fact, that it literally forces millions of Patriotic Americans to virtually recoil in horror at what the entire idea really entails.
You see, being an American, a true American, and not just one that goes around jabbering incoherently and fanatically about it, is an unyielding supporter of what America literally has stood for during its entire existence-democracy. But not just any democracy, but one that has been considered exemplary by other nations, and imitated because of its inherent support of human rights which stresses fairness.
Now, such Americans, when presented with the Republican slogan of "Make America Great Again!" have noticed something very disturbingly peculiar about these MAGAS and their MAGA movement. What exactly? Well, they notice that this greatness that Republicans keep talking about comes at a totally unacceptable price, the price of sacrificing the essence of the very democracy they have come to cherish via proposing a dictatorial style of government reminiscent of NAZI Germany, Mussolini's Italy, Franco's Spain, Stalin's Russia, and Mao's China, where one man's opinion prevailed,. while the opinions of all other citizens could be either ignored, or immediately violently silenced at his whim.
They also notice that Making America Great Again, doesn't merely entail economic factors, but also demands an unwavering systematic persecution of people who have been tagged as fair game, since open season has been declared on them by their leader. People who in many cases, are themselves full-fledged American citizens, but are still deemed detrimental to American greatness based on their race or ethnicity.
They also notice how these religious Republicans who claim fanatically support the MAGA movement, vociferously and hypocritically go about claiming to be followers of Christ, while manifesting intense demonic hatreds, and a deplorable total lack of compassion towards other Catholic Christians who are in dire need of their assistance.
They also cannot help but notice how MAGA supporters glorify cruelty and fanatically elevate their vociferously flamboyant leader above the law, even to the point of refusing to accept election results, rioting, and now threatening secession of USA states or a Civil war if the next election disappoints them once again by having their leader whom they seem to consider supernaturally preordained to rule, fail to win it once more.
No, never before in American history has there been such a challenge to USA democracy! So understandably, Americans who still value those democratic principles, fear this infernal MAGA ideology, and when you consider these MAGA characteristics, you really can't really blame them.
