Now, being a scientist demands that the person be a seeker of facts, or truths, things that are in full harmony with reality. Since that is the case, of course, most people assume that scientists will never resort to any methodology that goes completely contrary to that scientific goal. That of course, includes avoidance of false assumptions as if they were indisputable facts.
Well, unfortunately, that is sadly not the case. Instead, there is this very cunning, albeit very unscientific attitude ironically propagated by scientists themselves, of assuming that certain things definitely happened in order to promote atheistic conclusions.
These are the assumptions of abiogenesis, the spontaneous emergence of life from nonliving matter, followed by the assumption of evolution, the diversification of that life from unicellular to multicellular plants and animals including us humans. The video below focuses on this totally inexcusable unscientific practice
Evolutionary Assumptions - Life from dead chemicals?
Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
