Why are Donkeys Feared by other Animalcules?
Excuse me but I can't fail to notice how these hyenas and other animals seem to sense very serious danger whenever they are in the presence of donkeys. Why? After all, donkeys are not huge animals sporting huge teeth or armed with sharp claws. Their primary strategy seems to be their front teeth with which they attempt to grab other mammals by their ears and not let go.
Which is evidently not lethal, although it certainly might be extremely painful, They do have hooves and can deliver strong kicks and stomps to the head. But that seems to be a secondary weapon.
Is it perhaps the crazy "hee-haw" sound they produce which accentuates the possibility that they might actually be possessed by some deranged entity hell- bent on torturing via ear-biting instead of killing? They are herbivorous and certainly don't aggress in order to alleviate hunger as hyenas, wolves and other carnivores do. So what exactly is the motivation that impels them to aggress with such seemingly tireless determination and persistence?
Take a look at what I am referring to in the videos below.
