Dentist Malpractice isn't because of Shabby neighborhoods.
Someone suggested that the reason why I experienced a hostof malpractice with dentists is because likely I live in a shabby neighorood. But is that really the main reason why dentists would choose to treat someone in the manner I recently described. Is it the city I live in? Perhaps, although it isn't considered shabby by any means. In fact, it is the capital of a USA state. Neither is the neighborhood in which I live Shabby. It is a clean neighborhood very close to the state capitol downtown and far from the shabby ones.
Is the unethical behavior I describe common in my area? I don't know. All I can say is that was the way I was treated. How others were treated by the same dentists is for them to say. Some people can be very decent with certain people while being monsters towards others. History is replete with such examples. So shabbiness of neighborhood is not the only factor involved in medical malpractice. For example: the dentist might be
1. Racist
2. Emotionally unstable
3. Unhappy with his work
4. In political disagreement with the insurance policies of certain patients.
All these could trigger a wide variety of such behaviors. Shabbiness of neighborhood? Perhaps if the dentist feels angry that he must work in a shabby neighborhood, that might apply. For example, I had professors at the community college I attended behaving in very nasty ways while complaining that they wished to be somewhere else, such as Harvard or Princeton University. To them, their strong dissatisfaction justified all the nastiness that they were savagely dumping on their students. Same with doctors or any other profession, for that matter. Taking it out on the patient alleviates the frustration in their case.
