That is truly riveting to my soul Rad one! Maybe all these threats are actually opportunities in disguise to share a message of grace and change the toughest hearts. Angry people have buried issues and if you are gentle the thorns may come out... You are not fighting them, but rather the burdens they are loaded with. Sore wounds from loss and empty dreams Yet another very valuable insight. After all, that is what Jesus would have done and we are told to imitate him. Good theme for yet another spiritually upbuilding post.

Not everything they say is wrong. Just some things. I also use Catholic sites for research and most of what they teach is wrong. In fact, in comparison with JWS they are far less accurate theologically and their historical record is definitely not a Christain one.

Yes being misled by accident is no crime. I guess let every man think for themself then? I don't know. Some days it's very very distressing when you realize how susceptible we all are to errant thinking or even preconceived notions Well, the Bible has been provided as a guide for mankind, a letter of instructions from our heavenly father. So no, we are not meant to think for ourselves or do as we please. We are meant to listen to our Heavenly Father's instructions and follow them to the best of our ability.

But the rejection of everything that a certain denomination teaches is unjustifiable if it would include rejecting the truth. It's like saying that we should reject EVERYTHING that a certain teacher teaches because some of it isn't true. That's like throwing the baby out with the bathwater as the saying goes. For example, the Catholic Church teaches many things that most Protestant denominations find unChristian. But does that mean I should reject its teaching on the Ransom Sacrifice for our sins? That would be a sin on my part. In short, the premise of the argument is seriously flawed.

First-century Christianity was organized. It had Apostles, Church Pastors, Ministerial servants, Missionaries, and the apostles gathered in Jerusalem in order to make decisions for Christianity as a whole. Christ provided the twelve Apostles as Christianity's foundation with himself as the headstone. Even in heaven, there is an organization with angels, cherubim and Seraphim in a hierarchy with Jesus and Jehovah at the apex. So organization in itself is not inherently wrong as long as it remains within the parameters of truth.
