Time as a measurement is merely a perception of a sequence of events.
Events that we perceive as already happened are called the past.
Events that we perceive as are happening are called the present.
Events that we perceive as haven't happened yet are called the future.
A clock has the events of its moving hands happening.
The quicker events are called seconds. The others are minutes and hours.
The event of the sun seemingly rising and falling are perceived as days.
When that event has happened approx 30 times it is called a month.
Twelve of those month events is called a year.
Ten of those year events is called a decade.
Then of those decade events are called a century.
Ten of those century events is called a millennium.
So for time as a concept to exist a perceiver is needed. Without a perceiver things could move in sequences, but that is all they would be-unperceived, uninterpreted movements in sequences.
So from a Christian perspective time has always existed an eternal perceiver has always been present-God. He has always experienced previous, present, and future thoughts. So as a concept-yes, time is eternal.
