The commentary among them after they attempt to consume the testicles is hilarious! I did meet some Anglo Americans in Richmond Virginia who ate bull testicles and claimed that they were delicious. In contrast, these Anglo Americans don't seem to share that positive opinion. In fact, they can barely stop themselves from vomiting.
They also try out some bull-brains or cesos de buey, as they are called in Spanish and bull- eyes, or ojos de buey. I personally don't like the idea of eating neither eyes nor testicles, although I did once eat some cow-stomach and cow-brains.
Interestingly, the Mexican woman at an adjacent table had absolutely no trouble eating the bull testicles. Is there a gender factor involved in this? I wouldn't be surprised.
