When i saw it yesterday I had no idea what it was. To be honest, I found it a bit too strong in taste. So I cooked it. But it retained its strong taste. was rather strong. So I drenched it in olive oil and let it soak. That softened the taste enough. My initial mistake was trying to eat the stems. Well, once I stopped, eating the leaves was easy. Then I discovered about its nutritional value.
