Artificial Sweeteners

       As a pre-diabetic or a full diabetic. one thing we can't afford is to be lulled into a false sense of security based on our ignorance of the sweeteners that we are substituting for regular sugar.  I mean, the companies that are trying to sell these sweeteners can't reasonably be expected to warn us. That would be counter productive since it would reduce their sales and profits.  In fact, such companies might even go full hog and even recommend their product and describe it as safe.  Since this is the case, it is very beneficial for persons who need to be careful with sugar consumption to be aware of the dangers involved and how to avoid them. The information in this video will equip us with the necessary knowledge to do that.
